Service area
I am a mobile notary for these three Oregon counties only. I come to you. I do not keep an office, and I do not travel outside Polk, Marion, and Yamhill — not even for a fee.
If you live in one of these communities, or nearby inside the three counties, you are in the service area.
Dallas, Independence, Monmouth, and nearby Polk County communities
West of the river, Polk is home, farm country, and small downtowns. Dallas is the county seat. Independence and Monmouth sit along 99W, with Western Oregon University in the mix. If you need a notary at a house off a country road, a Main Street shop, a care facility, or a campus-adjacent cafe, call or text and I will come to you — as long as we stay inside Polk County.
Salem, Keizer, Silverton, Woodburn, and nearby Marion County communities
Marion is where a lot of people start looking for a Salem notary. I cover more than downtown. Keizer, Silverton, Woodburn, and the rest of the county are part of the regular service area. I meet people at home, at work, in hospitals, and in care facilities. Salem is convenient; it is not the only place I go.
McMinnville, Newberg, and nearby Yamhill County communities
Yamhill is McMinnville, Newberg, and the towns between the vineyards and the highway. I come into the county for mobile notarizations and loan signings — a kitchen table in Newberg, an office in McMinnville, a cafe if that is easier. I stop at the county line. I do not continue into neighboring counties for a surcharge.
There is no “farther for a fee” option. If the signing is in Washington, Clackamas, Linn, Benton, or anywhere else outside Polk, Marion, and Yamhill, I am not the notary for that appointment. Call or text (503) 877-3032 if you are unsure whether the address is in-county.
Call or text and tell me where to meet you. Same-day when I can, weekdays and weekends.
